Appointment Scheduler

Ceremony Package
How amazing would it be to take the day before your wedding to relax, laugh and enjoy it, rather than trying to keep your friends and families occupied for 1-2 hours longer than you honestly really want to. It’s not because you don’t like them, but you’ve just put days, months, even years into an event that will be happening the following day, and you’re tired. You just want to enjoy them, and not have to worry about anything. This is where we come in.
We will attend your Rehearsal at your Venue, and help facilitate and communicate to your Bridal Party as well as give incredible insight to you, your fiance and Bridal Party about what to expect on the following day.
Add-on package to provide sound for all types of ceremonies. Package includes professional equipment and personnel to fulfill all ceremony requirements, including rehearsal
Basic Package
A Complete Reception System | The equipment that we use is all name brand and high quality that is taken care of on a weekly basis. The Reception System includes a sound PA system that will create an amazing party atmosphere without causing people to leave due to volume, cabling, mixer and controllers to make sure we can control everything properly.
Deluxe Package
A Complete Reception System with Lights | The equipment that we use is all name brand and high quality that is taken care of on a weekly basis. The Reception System includes 1 Wireless microphone for speeches and toasts, a sound PA system that will create an amazing party atmosphere without causing people to leave due to volume, an LED Dance Floor light show that will wash the dance area with colors all night long, cabling, mixer and controllers to make sure we can control everything properly.
A Complete Online Planning Suite | This allows you to work on music, order of events and anything else when YOU want to. We will always be here to help and assist, and you will always be able to call or text us directly. However, you will always have the ability to work on your must play music list, or Bridal Party Intros when you are able to, Day or Night, Weekday or Weekend.
Interactive Elements, Custom Introductions & More | Having things happen during the Reception is becoming more and more popular. This doesn’t mean taking the attention or focus off the main reason we are there be it a Bride & Groom or any other VIP. What this means is creating a unique and creative atmosphere that your friends and families can have fun in, without the event becoming too stale or rigid. If you wish, we will work with you to come up with some creative ideas that we can apply to your wedding. The sky is the limit!
Premium Package
Includes all of the following in the above packages along with the coordination of planning and executing events throughout the evening. This package eliminates the need, and cost, of any type of wedding planner for the reception. The Premium Package is designed for the couples that want the elegant wedding reception setting with the ‘WOW’ factor. This package also includes a custom personalized name lighting along with the latest computer generated uplighting to help set the mood for the evening. Every detail is customized towards the couple’s requests.
Uplighting | One of the best ways to completely transform a room from average to amazing. Our lights are top of the line. Red, Green, Blue, Amber, White and UV (ultraviolet/black light). With those 6 colors, we are able to create any color in the spectrum and make your event come together perfectly. These lights produce NO HEAT at all and all work off of extended batteries that can last longer than 20+ hours on a single charge! In addition, we are able to control all the lights via iPad or Laptop, to make creative color schemes appear to your guests for First Dances, Special Moments and Open Dancing with wireless DMX (communications) to each light.
Monogram | If there’s one touch that wows people, it’s monogram projection. Wedding guests are always taken aback when they walk into a room with the bride and grooms name or initials shining in light.
